Me and my fiance work long hours almost all days of the week and live in different states (as of the moment), so we needed someone who is accommodating, patient and responsive. They were absolutely great to work with especially our agent Eugene. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and always made himself available to answer questions or attend important meetings. He helped us finalize our home selection and then stayed on top of things providing reminders to make sure we closed on time. Eugene let us know about a home builder's incentive that saved us a couple thousand dollars and also secured a military rebate from Berkshire-Hathaway. And to add to that he was friendly, entertaining, and just a pleasure to work with. This was our 8th home and by far the best experience, we'll call on them again! read less

He was very professional and well spoken, as well as being just one of those people whom you immediately like. Not to mention how knowledgeable and fast he was. Any problems or questions we had (and we had many,) he immediately was replying at all hours of the day to get us taken care of. We honestly must have been terrible to deal with, due to all of our constant questions and requests, but he always put us first and was very happy to do so. We managed to close after 34 days, from when we initially contacted him until we got the keys- he has got to be one of the best (and definitely one of the best dressed). He not only took care of us well, but he saved us several thousand dollars; he was just an unbelievable help, and when we’re looking to purchase a new house eventually, I definitely know who we will call. Long story short: Eugene is one of the best people I’ve ever met, just in general a really good guy, and I am absolutely thrilled that he was our realtor.
